After Melony sat on the chair, she stopped moving altogether. She almost looked like a lifeless doll. Fortuna, who was looking at her maid sitting, suddenly turned to me.

"Now that she is finally asleep, follow me," she said, gesturing for me to follow her. It did not seem like I had anything else to do here, so I might as well follow her. She did say that she would let me try out the magic that I learned.

I followed her down the huge hall with the grey stone floors and the grey wall and white pillars. At first glance, it looked eerily as if the pillars were slowly creeping towards the walls, like a trick of the light. However, with each step, it became more noticeable. The pillars and walls were now slowly starting to merge together.

Likewise, the color of the walls started to alter ever so slightly but surely. From the stone grey they originally were to a dark maroon. The white of the pillars combined with the maroon to make it a more vibrant red. It was quite mesmerizing, as the colors danced and combined, almost akin to a Kaleidoscope as you turn it slowly, bringing minor changes with each turn until it looked completely different than before.

"While we walk there, do you have any questions you want to ask? You might not be able to ask later. Humans like you tend to forget a lot of things as time goes by, right?" asked Fortuna as she led the way. Her words snapped me out from the trance the transforming landscape around had on me.

I started thinking of anything to ask, but honestly, it did not feel as if I had anything important to inquire about. As I was contemplating I recalled the disciple that both of these goddesses mentioned before.

"Who was this disciple you both spoke of?" I asked while looking at the surroundings once again. What seemed like small flat, orange, tables began to sprout near the foot of the walls as we walked down the hall. It took me a while to realize that these were merely the top of orange pillars of a similar design to the white ones from before, growing out of the floor with each step we took.

"Aah... him. He is a human... I guess?" said Fortuna, bringing a finger to her chin in though as she proceeded apace, “How do I put this…?”

I listened to Fortuna as she continued in thought, looking around at our surroundings. The orange pillar, only halfway up, had started to curve towards the walls. It fused with the maroon stonework, and the colors changed from a vibrant maroon to a golden yellow.

"We aren't allowed to talk about him in detail due to some issues. What you can know about him is that Melony made a mistake and he fixed it." She continued, as if done with thinking on how to answer my question.

Even though she spoke, I did not really look at her as the walls were still changing while we proceeded. Now, a blue banner had slowly begun rolling down from above with each step. It proceeded to combine with the wall to give forth a majestic emerald green.

"Our father did not like the fact that Melony, a god, made a mistake and that was fixed by a human. So, our father gave Melony a punishment. The disciple guy had other things to do and disappeared right after he fixed the issue," Fortuna sounded a bit annoyed as she continued.

"Honestly, the problem was not even Melony's fault, so I don't like the whole thing. Sadly, this is above my rank, so I can't do much about it..." She sounded a bit sad as she finished talking. I noticed her tone, but my attention was still mainly focused on the walls as a new element appeared to glow on them. A lamp with purple fire emerged from the walls. Just like before, it appeared with our pace and started to alter the very walls it appeared from, bringing forth a whole new color. From emerald green to a lustrous royal blue.

"Oh, it's blue, is it? It seems we are reaching the end of this walk. Are you sure you don't have any more questions for me?" asked Fortuna as she turned around to face me. She was now moving backward while facing me so that she did not stop. She was still wearing her ridiculous sports outfit, but that did not feel like a good question to ask.

The lights on the lamp grew dim as I tried to think of another question, but nothing came to my mind. It was drawing a blank on anything to ask.

"Good, cause we are already here," she said as she stopped, responding as if knowing what I was going to say. I looked around, but did not see anything out of the ordinary apart from the walls that looked darker due to the dimly lit light.

"Uhm... what did you want to show me here?" I asked, dumbfounded.

"This is where we part ways," said Fortuna as she pointed to the floor between us.

I looked down to where she pointed to notice that the floor was open and far below in the darkness hung a planet. Colored in shades of green, blue and wisps of white, it was easy to hazard that what I was seeing was the land, the sea, and the weather. Just like Earth, except none of the continents remotely looked like they were from Earth I knew.

"Now focus on me. Make sure to look carefully while I bless you. I hear it's quite the spectacle," winked Fortuna as she took out a glass block almost the size of a sugar cube. She clasped both her hands on the block such that the fingers and the palm of both hands met each other next to her chest with the block on the palms in between both hands.

As she took this pose with her hand, I felt an abnormal surge of what must have been mana emanating from her, sending forth shockwaves. The shockwave completely sundered her mismatched sports outfit and revealing another robe she was wearing. Unlike her previous risqué outfit, her current robe was designed with sparkly stones connected via a line, almost like constellations.

The eerie sensation of magic grew more and more, making me shudder unwillingly until I noticed her golden hair transition into a myriad of colors across the spectrum. I also noticed her hair now being adorned by a tiara. Her outfit now glowed in a deep blue as the sparkly stones on her outfit displayed the exact same colors as her hair.

She slowly took apart her hands, as the block within was floating by itself. The mana around started to converge on the cube and soon was changing from one color to the other, just like her hair. At times showing more than two or three colors on different sides of the block. In a flash, dots started to appear on the cubic block. One side had one dot while another had six. Another four and yet another three.

This must have been the dice she talked about.

She slowly opened her eyes. Her pupils, which had deep blue eyes, now were displaying a multitude of colors just like her hair. She looked directly at the floating die which was slowly rising up above her.

As soon as she did, the cube started spinning, sending forth dazzling rays of light all around the room like a disco ball. The rays of light from the cube were strong enough to completely light up the surroundings with different lights.

Fortuna kept staring at the cube until she clapped. Her clap seemingly forced all the mana inside the cube to burst out from the cube towards me. The mana approached and started to combine right before my eyes to form a ball-shaped bundle of mana.

I reached my hand to hold this item. Just as the palm of my hand touched it, it started to shrink almost to the size of my palm. It felt as if I could grab hold of it, and so I did. As I grabbed it within my hand, the light it was leaking from the gaps started to dim. Within seconds, the glow was no more.

I slowly opened my fingers and looked at what it was. A green gem necklace with a black string going through a tiny hole at one end. In the middle of this green gem was a white outline of a five-sided clover. I looked at Fortuna, looking for an answer to what just happened.

She was looking at the cube slowly descend back to her hand, the grand displays of light now subduing gradually as she opened both her hands such that the cube landed within the palms of her hands. Her outfit, once filled with stars shining across the night sky, slowly started to disappear and once again was replaced by her revealing outfit she had originally donned when I saw her. Her hair had now returned back to the gold she had, and I could no longer see a tiara on her head.

When the die was close enough to her hands, she closed her fingers on the die and took her hands to the side.

"So, how was it? Everyone likes that, so you better appreciate the fact that this is the first time a human ever saw it," you could hear the pride and joy she had in her voice as she said it. Her eyes gleamed with confidence and pride, which I could not refuse. That was truly impressive.

"Muwahaha! I knew you were gonna be speechless!" exclaimed the proud goddess of disco before me.

"Oh yeah, speaking of, I don't know what my blessing gave you, but keep it with you. It should help you out... hopefully," with her words, I finally had a comprehension of what just happened. That was her giving me her blessing. A blessing that gave me a pendant with a five-sided clover. I mean it is quite obvious when she said so, but I suppose it is hard to comprehend when she sends mana all around me with almost no additional context.

I examine the green pendent she gave me. No matter how I look at this, this has to be luck. I drew the only viable conclusion from this. It is a common thing to have four-sided and five-sided clovers related to luck or financial gain.

"Don't think that it's only luck-based just cause it's got a clover on it. Anything I bless with has that five-sided clover as a design. That's to let people know it's my blessing. Many other gods have their own blessings, but I doubt you would see too many down there, though," the mind-reading goddess of the rainbow explained before I spoke.

"Well then, now that we are done with that..." she said and raised her right hand towards me.

"Bye-bye... I'll meet you next time when you come here to fight Melony," as she said, mana started to gather around me and started to glow. The mana rushed me outside from the small gap on the floor towards the planet down below before I could say a single word.
